The Grand Slam Lodge offers outstanding fishing for Northern Pike, Walleye, Grayling, and Lake Trout. This is a Reindeer Lake Lodge. The lodge is easy to find as it is just past Kinoosao. You can also fly into Lynn Lake and the lodge will pick you up. Lynn Lake is a short, 62 miles from the lodge.

Fishing with Grand Slam Lodge

Guests fish from 18-foot Alaskan Aluminum boats with 50 HP motors. The guides are all local Cree and have generations worth of experience fishing on these waters. They know the lake and all of its secret fishing spots. They specialize in targeting big, fat, Trophy Lake Trout and will happily show you how to set up the pole and how to find the right depth. There are also plenty of Trophy Northern Pike, and you can spend most of the day reeling in Walleye.

Overall, expect outstanding fishing with competent guides on a lake that is proven to produce Trophy Fish.

Lodging with Grand Slam Lodge

The lodge offers five fully furnished cabins for lodging. They are equipped with a full kitchen and everything you'd need to create a meal. You bring your own groceries. Cabins are equipped with private bathrooms and hot and cold running water and showers. Expect clean and comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting.

In addition to indoor plumbing, there is a central show building, ice, and they offer a fish cleaning service too. There are outdoor fire pits and firewood. In Kinoosao is a small grocery/convenient store but you should buy groceries in one of the bigger cities, such as Lynn Lake.
