Lodging with Kississing Lake Lodge

The lodge is beautifully constructed and full of creature comforts. Coffee service to your cabin starts your day followed by a full breakfast at the lodge. Following breakfast your guide introduces you to the abundant fishing and adventures with trophy fish. Dinner is home cooked and generous.

The main lodge features a 26 foot stone fireplace, lounge, and comfortable sitting areas. There is a full dining room with individual tables. Amenities include massage therapy and a large game room. The cabins are also five-star luxe. The cabins are in different floor plans to accommodate different size groups. Expect comfort, such as a fully stocked drink cooler, hot showers, comfortable beds, and an attentive staff. The cabins even feature Wi-Fi.

Fishing with Kississing Lake Lodge

Fishing here is intense. Guests typically have no problem catching 100 fish per day. However, while quantity is awesome, the quality is what makes this a special destination. There are plenty of trophy fish in these waters. By Trophy fish, we mean the 48-inch Northern Pike. The fishing action here is good so the lake is perfect for fishermen of all skill levels. If you have something special you want to target book a fly-out fishing adventure to one of the remote lakes in the area.

Expect to battle big Pike — 48-inches or larger. This is also a haven for big Walleye. If you are an angler who like to battle big Lake Trout, they have them here.

May and June are big fishing months because they follow the spring spawning and the fish are hungry. It is also a time where the lake begins to warm and the fish move to the shallower portions of the lake which warmer waters and more food. Slowly jig a lure or dry fly over a weed bed and you are likely to attract a big Northern Pike. Sit off the rocky point and play a minnow lure through the depths and you are likely to entice a big Walleye to strike.

The Kississing Lake Lodge offers outstanding fishing adventures for anglers of all ages and all experience levels.
