Fishing with Nordic Lodge

The area is rich in good and abundant lakes. People enjoy the Walleye and Northern Pike fishing and are surprised to discover the art of fishing for Lake Trout and Arctic Grayling. The deeper part of Reindeer lake is 700 feet deep and a perfect place to target Big, Fat, Lake Trout. The Lake is 180 miles long offers a variety of fishing habit. The guides here are native Cree and know the lake nobody else. If you are fishing, hook up with a guide as they will show you where the big Trophy fish are. There are plenty of opportunities to fish for big Northern Pike and Walleye, as they like to congregate along shores and in the shallows where the little fish thrive and the water is warmest.

Overall, expect an outstanding fishing destination, good cabins and all the comforts you could ask for on a fishing vacation.

Lodging with Nordic Lodge

The lodge is a series of cabins with a main building. The cabins sleep various numbers of people and can hold from 2-11 guests. This is a great location for small groups or even just a couple of buddies headed out to enjoy the fishing.

Expect comfortable cabins that are snug and cozy with running water - hot and cold- indoor plumbing including showers, and 24-hour electricity. Cabins feature a small kitchen with fridge and stove and all the tools needed to cook and enjoy hot meals.

Each cabin also has its own BBQ and the lodge supplies all of the linen and bedding.
