Pipestone Fly In Outposts

The Pipestone Fly-In Outposts hosts cabins in the Wabakimi Provincial Park where guests experience the beautiful Ontario wilderness and unspoiled lakes where the fishing is amazing. The Pipestone Fly-In Outposts base sits just off of highway 71 near Emo, Ontario. Guests enjoy remote accommodations on one of six lakes and access to Walleye, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Brook Trout, and Smallmouth Bass fishing. With an easy to reach location, fishing with the Pipestone Fly-In Outposts is easy and hassle free.

The Lakes and Pipestone Fly-In Outposts

Wabakimi Lake stretches for 17 miles and is where to come for hot Northern Pike fishing and Walleye fishing in the medium to large size range. This is also an excellent place to target Lake Trout. The cabin features fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, solar lighting, hot and cold running water, a three piece bathroom with shower, and outside a BBQ and fish fryer.

Kenoji Lake spans 27 miles and is the "it" place for Trophy Northern Pike. This is a catch and release only lake. The cabin is the same as Wabakimi Lake. This lake has access to two portage lakes. Guests can also target good-sized Walleye.

Olive Lake is just nine miles long but offers the opportunity to fish for Sturgeon. The cabin is three bedrooms and is equipped as the ones at Wabakimi Lake. This location has access to two portage lakes. Sleeping room for ten.

Slender Lake is the place to go for Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Muskie and Lake Trout. This is a boat in only lake.

Coles Lake is a haven for Brook Trout, Walleye, and Northern Pike. This is a catch and release only lake with access to three portage lakes. There is sleeping room for six.

Smoothrock Lake is the place for year-round Walleye Fishing. This is a good place for Walleye, Northern Pike, and Lake Trout. There is access to one portage lake and the cabin here sleeps ten.

Kenoji Lake is long at 27 miles in length. This is another lake that offers Trophy Northern Pike. The lake is a catch and release only with access to two portage lakes. The cabin has room for up to ten people.

The Fishing

The fishing varies from lake to lake with a few lakes offering single species of special fish, such as Brook Trout or Sturgeon. Expect to have the fishing adventure of a lifetime here.
