St-Cyr Royal is a short 73 miles by air from to the East of QuÃ©villon. The lodge is accessible only by floatplane and offers its guests access to fishing and hunting on 75,000 acres of private land. The use a modified Catch-and-release style of fishing and when paired with the rugged and remote area makes for a perfect having for Trophy Fishing. Getting here is pretty easy. They will pick you up via floatplane at Obaska along Route 113 or at Berthelot Lake Lodge off of Road 806. Obaska is perfect for those guests flying into Val-D'Or as it is just a short taxi ride to the pickup locations.

The Lodge at St-Cyr Royal

The lodge holds 14 guests and focuses on comfort and service in a 5-star fashion. There is a game room with pool tables and poker table and many guests enjoy lounge and bar. You can relax in the great room in the comfortable chairs and share stories of your fishing adventures in front of the fire. The Dining area is by party, and offers world-class service. The guest rooms feature comfortable beds in double occupancy rooms. There are rooms with double beds for couples and single beds for friends. Expect quality service and comfortable rooms with private baths and daily maid service.

Fishing with St-Cyr Royal

This is one of the few lodges that supply you with a fishing license. Guests fish from 16 foot Lund boats and the option of self-guided or guided fishing adventures. The fishing here is primarily for big Northern Pike and Walleye. The lake is dynamic and offers anglers a number of different fishing situations from deep water to shallows. There are plenty of big Northern Pike in the water and it is not uncommon to battle one as you haul in a small Walleye. The Walleye here are often large too.
